Shipping & Policies

ORDER PROCESSING : 

Lash Me Bambie processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following business day. 

Product Availability: If a product is ordered and becomes “out of stock” after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and you will receive an email regarding the refunded item.

Clearance items are available in limited quantities. If a clearance item is unavailable after order, we will refund the cost of that item to the original payment method. All sales on clearance items are FINAL.

U.S. SHIPPING ONLY : 

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $150 BEFORE TAXES / DISCOUNTS

Economy Shipping: $9.90 – UPS GROUND (5-8 business days delivery time varies based on location) 

Standard Shipping: $12 – UPS (1-4 Business Days) 

Express Shipping: $25 – UPS (1-2 Business Days) 

Orders must be placed before 9:30AM PST Monday through Friday in order to be shipped the next business day. Expedited orders placed on Friday - Sunday after 9:30am will be shipped the following business day. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER :

Lash Me Bambie is not responsible for packages once packages are left the facility. Please have your packages shipped to a secure and trusted location. If you feel that your location is not secure, please add “signature required” to your order when checking out. 

Packages are picked up daily by 11:30 AM (PST). Once you have received your shipping confirmation, UPS will have the most up to date information regarding your package. If your package is lost, we encourage you to work with UPS for compensation. 

After a package leaves our facility, it is impossible to make changes to the shipping address. Please email us at info@lashmebambie.com immediately to make a change.

 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY : 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are unable to accept returns on all items at this time due to health and safety concerns. 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If in the unlikely event there is an incorrect or defective product shipped beyond your control, please contact us at info@lashmebambie.com to inform us and send the product(s) out within 5 days of delivery to receive a replacement at no cost.
